BROADCAST LIBRARY RATES - VIDEO FOOTAGE

BCA film produce a wide variety of productions ranging from corporate videos to pop promos and commercials. Our video footage is generated on the latest professional digital media, and copies are normally supplied on DVCPro / DVCam / BetaSP (other formats are available on request).

Our rates below are based on the Standard Industry figures.

Notes:

1. The minumum royalty is payable on supply of broadcast copies of material and is not refundable. BCA must be advised of royalty declaration even if this falls within the minimum fee.
2. When repeat or unlimited transmissions on TV, Cable or Satellite within a three year licence period are specified at the time of supply, a further 50% of the appropriate fee will be payable, otherwise the full royalty fee will apply. (Rights in perpetuity are negotiable.)
3. Supply of non-BCA copyright material will be charged at 50% of the appropriate minimum royalty fee. (Clearance must be confirmed by the copyright holder).
4. All material will be licensed for three years unless negotiated otherwise.
5. All minimum royalty fees allow for a maximum of five items.
6. All fees are quoted in POUNDS STERLING and are exclusive of VAT.
