DIGITAL STILL PHOTOGRAPHY

Over 20,000 recipients have passed in front of our cameras since BCA started recording the Investitures in 1991, all having their picture taken from multiple camera angles.

The innovative and popular videoprints (digital stills) are similar to colour photographs, but whilst photographs are derived from ordinary film, videoprints are produced electronically from the Investiture videotapes. We are one of the most advanced users of the digital videoprint system in the UK, with technical developments continually advancing both print size and resolution.

Utilizing the latest professional digital printers from Fuji, videoprints are included in all our packages and with 25 pictures (frames) being recorded by each camera every second there is a wide selection available for our editors to select from showing highlights of your Investiture.

Our "Sovereign Collection" package includes a selection of four prints. The prints which accompany this package have an image size of approximately 18cm x 12.5cm (7" x 5").

It is also possible to re-order any still image, which can also be enlarged to A4 size, including any additional images you see of a recipient / guests within the personalised "Path of Honour" film.
